Processing and delivery times

Orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays) are processed the same day and shipped and delivered Monday to Friday only. Orders placed after 2pm Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays) will be processed the next business day. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Order processing time includes item selection, handling, packing and shipping. All orders shipped outside of Italy and Switzerland may require additional processing time to confirm the details with the card issuer. All orders billed and / or shipped outside of Italy and Switzerland will be processed by a third party international checkout.

All orders require signature upon delivery.

Free shipping in 2 days in Italy and Switzerland

Free 2-day shipping will be applied automatically during checkout. No code required. The offer is valid only for orders in Italy and Switzerland. It does not apply to in-store purchases or out of stock items. If an item is not in stock or cannot be shipped within a 2 day period, a customer service specialist will notify you upon receipt of your order. All orders require signature upon delivery.

Urgent Shipment

Orders shipped via urgent shipping (only available in some areas) will be charged at a flat rate of € 35.

International shipments

Spremberg partnered with a trusted third party company, Stripe, to fulfill orders for international customers. Put the items you wish to purchase into our shopping cart and choose the “Stripe / Credit Cards” button. You will complete your order on the secure international payment page. You can pay by credit card, PayPal, other international systems or bank transfer. Stripe will process your payment while billing, shipping and customer information remain the direct responsibility of Once you have placed your order, please direct all requests to

Which countries do we ship to?

International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE.  Our usual supplier is UPS, famous for the quality of service, with which we ship to all destinations around the world.

Packaging details

We individually wrap each item of your order with our Spremberg packaging.  Whether it’s for you or someone you love, each box will receive a beautiful gift box, polishing cloth, care instructions and a jewelry case.

Delivery of the order

All packages require a signature upon delivery.  If more than one delivery attempt is made, additional costs may be charged. We do not ship to post office boxes (PO BOX). Deliveries will be made only from Monday to Friday. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on public holidays.

Exchanges and returns

Returns and exchanges are free

We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges accompanied by the original receipt for a refund, minus the shipping costs or credit on the goods within 14 days of purchase. For returns between 15 and 30 days, an exchange or merchandise credit will be granted. All refunds will be made using the original form of payment. For cash sales, a wire transfer will be issued within 14 days of return. For a gift, a merchandise credit will be issued for the full value of the merchandise when accompanied by a gift receipt. Deposits on custom or special orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

International returns:

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping on returns and exchanges.  Customs and other taxes on international returns must be fully paid by the customer before a return authorization is granted.

Return Instructions

  • To request a return, log in to and click on the My Account tab.
  • Find the order / item you want to return in My Orders and select Request a Return.  Please indicate the condition of the items and the reason for the return.
  • You will receive emails to update you on the status of your return request
  • Once your request is accepted, you can print the return shipping label and packing slip.
  • Simply log into your account and select Returns.  From there, you will be able to print the shipping label and packing slip.
  • Pack all items in their original condition, in protective plastic or tissue paper.
  • Apply the shipping label to the outside of a sturdy unmarked box and be sure to include the shipping slip with your return or it may delay processing.

Once your return has been handled, please allow two weeks for processing.  A refund will be posted on your credit card statement within 5 business days.

Returns at our shop

Simply bring the packing slip and credit card you used to place your order to the Spremberg store closest to you.
We will be happy to accept your return of purchased goods for a product change or a purchase voucher, within 14 days from the order.

The goods must be returned in their original condition and accompanied by the relative purchase receipt.

Exchanges by mail

  • Send an email to customer service at or call 0039 0382-22448, indicating the items and the reason for the exchange and the style you prefer.
  • If the new item exceeds the original total, include your payment information or call Customer Service.
  • Pack all items in their original condition, in packaging, protective plastic, or tissue paper.
  • Apply the prepaid return label to the original box or an equally sturdy box.
  • Make sure the box is free of any additional labels or text, secure it and seal it completely with shipping tape.

Price adjustments

Prices are subject to change at any time.  We reserve the right to cancel orders containing incorrect prices including those due to technical or administrative errors on our part.

Back orders

Items currently out of stock but available for backorder may take up to 12 weeks to ship. A customer service representative will contact you with the expected arrival date within two business days of ordering this item. You will have the option to cancel this order at this time. You will not be charged until your item is ready for shipment. If an item cannot be shipped within three business days, payment and any applicable taxes will be refunded. A customer service representative will contact you to retrieve your payment information when your order is ready for shipment.

A: To check the status of your order or track your package, you will receive the tracking number of your shipment.

Q: Do Spremberg bracelets come in different sizes?

A: Yes, Spremberg bracelets come in different sizes. If you are ordering online and don’t know your bracelet size, you can measure the size yourself. The size of the bracelet is determined by the size of the knuckles and NOT the wrist. To determine the size of your bracelet, simply stick your thumb into the palm of your hand (as if you are going to wear a bracelet) and using a tape measure, measure your hand all the way around from knuckle to knuckle. A size chart can be found on the product page. Compare your size with that chart to find your ideal size bracelet.

Q: What credit cards do you accept?

A: We accept the following credit cards:

  • American Express
  • MasterCard

Once the credit card is approved, the total amount of the order in euros is assigned to the card. Payment (transfer of funds) does not occur until the order is shipped. For example, if you order an item on Monday and it doesn’t ship until Thursday of that week, your credit card will be charged on Thursday, the day the item is shipped.

Please note if the amount charged exceeds the credit card limit, the order is automatically canceled.

If you want to use two credit cards, you can place an order over the phone and tell us the amount to be charged to each credit card.

Q: Will Spremberg make promotional offers on the website?

A: Any promotional offers from Spremberg will be posted on the website as well as on our Facebook and Instagram pages. We will also send emails to customers in our database, so sign up to become a Spremberg Fan if you aren’t already. If nothing is listed or sent, there are no promotional offers in place.

Care and repair


Spremberg jewelery has been designed and manufactured to the highest quality standards. Proper care and maintenance will preserve the beauty and luster of your Spremberg jewelry. It is recommended to periodically examine the clasps and settings to ensure a secure fit. Be careful to avoid exposing the jewelry to substances containing bleach or ammonia and remove the jewelry before swimming in chlorinated water or the ocean. Always wear jewelry after getting dressed to avoid contact with perfumes, cosmetics, or other household chemicals.


When not being worn, always keep Spremberg jewelry in its original case.  If that’s not practical, use a properly lined box or protective case.  To avoid scratches, each piece of jewelry must be stored separately and the bracelets must always be stored flat. 

18k gold

Most gold jewelry can be safely cleaned with a non-abrasive jewelry cleaner.  Always rinse thoroughly and dry with a chamois cloth.  Never use creamy jewelry cleaners on gold as they may contain harsh abrasives that will scratch the surface of the jewelry


Exposure to air, dust, or other elements, especially those containing sulfur, can cause sterling silver to tarnish more quickly. There are a number of non-abrasive polishes on the market specifically designed to remove tarnish. Always read the warning label and be careful when using polishes on jewelry containing gemstones. Never store your silver jewelry in a leather case or bag.

Precious stones

Particular attention should be paid to jewelry with precious stones. Avoid extreme temperature changes and contact with household chemicals. Never expose the stones to hot solutions, abrasive cleaners or ultrasonic cleaners. With the exception of pearls, which require special care, gemstones can be cleaned with a non-abrasive jewelry cleaner.

Turquoise and pearl jewelry requires special attention to keep the stones looking their best.  Never let these stones come into contact with creams, ammonia liquids, nail polish removers or chlorinated water (swimming pools, etc.).


Avoid contact with water or other liquids.  If your leather band gets dirty, it can be cleaned with saddle soap followed by a commercial beeswax treatment.

Custom ring size

Spremberg would like to keep all ring sizes in stock for our valued customers, so orders are shipped without waiting. However, due to the custom nature of our products, not all rings can always be stocked in all sizes. to check the availability of the ring size, call us or send an email to


Please accept our sincere apologies if any of our products need repair. Please contact the repair department at or call 0039 0382-22448 to arrange any repairs. All repairs are handled on a case-by-case basis. Charges are assessed after a photo of the item to be repaired has been received and evaluated by the Spremberg repair representative.
